HIGH LIGHTS OF THIS NEW EBOOK:-

1. During the preparation and particularly during the three-hour final test, JEE Main test is a race against time.

2. Your speed to answer as many questions (within your capability) as possible in 3 hrs is even more important than ‘memorizing all theory and formulas to solve all questions’.

3. Your score depends only on your correct clicks, not on your talent to solve some hard questions.

4. For most aspirants, it may be sufficient to answer correctly only < 40 questions out of 75 to secure a seat in an IIT. Mr. Anand Kumar, the famous mentor of the ‘Super 30’ movie (2019), rightly says, “Scoring 35 % marks in JEE (M) is sufficient to secure a seat in an IIT”. However, only <1% out of >13 lac students appearing in JEE M every year can achieve this. Therefore, each aspirant should draw her/his own plan according to her/his own ability, the time available to her/him for the preparation and during the test, and a realistic goal. Hard work alone, disregarding these facts, is not an ideal or smart strategy.

5. One of the most significant new strategies advised in this book is the use of your Intelligent Intuition for answering HARD and/or lengthy MCQs. Most of the students leave all such MCQs unanswered due to the fear of negative marks. It is shown that this strategy may yield a large net gain in the total score. This SECRET revolutionary concept is disclosed to the aspirants of JEE Main test for the first time. It brings them on a level playing field.

6. The theory of probability is already built into the JEE M test. There are 4 sets of papers in every shift. There are ~10 shifts in each of the two Sessions. An elaborate system of normalization process across all papers and all shifts is used by NTA using a percentile system. Thus, the system eliminates any impact of any difference in the difficulty level of the questions in the different shifts. This system is based on a sound theory which ensures a reliable and fairly accurate relative evaluation of most of the students. This is explained in both books.

7. Official reports analyzing the answering pattern of the JEE aspirants show that only a very few can even visit all 75 (earlier 90) questions.

8. Smart work during the preparation & test is far more rewarding than hard work, learning, and practising the full CBSE syllabus. Therefore, remember to use the right strategy and planning in addition to hard work.

9. The JEE M is NO place to display your genius in cracking hard or lengthy questions. All 75 questions carry the same +4 marks each, irrespective of their level of difficulty. It would be foolish to waste more time on any difficult question/s AT A HUGE COST OF TIME. That additional time CAN EARN MANY MORE MARKS IN SOLVING MANY MORE EASY QUESTIONS, which you may not even be able to visit due to your poor time management.

10.  NTA plans to soon have a bank of one million questions for JEE Main and PLANS NOT TO REPEAT any question from any of the previous years. Therefore, do not worry if most questions look unfamiliar. Just deepen your understanding of the basics in selected IMPORTANT chapters of the three subjects in which you are already strong. This will enable you to solve ‘new’ questions with confidence. DO NOT go deeper than the NCERT books for the CBSE syllabus, as NTA claims that all questions of JEE M will be ONLY from this syllabus. you must be 100 % focused on your goal of scoring as many marks as possible in JEE M.

11. The syllabus of P, C, and M is quite vast. Requisite mastery of all topics is extremely challenging for rationally solving all 75 questions of JEE M in three hours. Trying to crack any tricky question/s from your weak (or skipped) chapters is A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE. Therefore, strengthen further your select topics moderately, till you can solve the mock test questions of those topics. This may enable you to correctly answer the required number of questions from your favourite topics. This would help you cross the cutoff of JEE Main and even give you the highest possible AIR for your preparation.

The above are a few tips and smart strategies one needs to follow to score the maximum possible score for any given level of preparation. These new and unconventional tips are explained with examples in this new book available from amazon, India.
